The whole world is facing the problem of corruption. In addition to the problems of poverty, the main problem is the corruption that causes poverty, lowers local investment, lowers international interest in investing. This phenomenon can not be stopped with words and political rhetoric, many international countries are reluctant to invest in the West. Due to the level of corruption political parties come to power using vain rhetoric that they fight corruption, many court hearings are held against the corrupt that the court fails to convict them of corruption.
Corruption is a global evil harmful to states, harmful to economic development for human well-being, not infrequently the world despairs because of the art of intent to greatly reduce this phenomenon, but hopes always exist and this is positive, strategies the many anti-corruption scandals that exist from different governments suggest that humanity does not give in to an evil such as corruption and by people who work for the state or companies and are involved in such illegal work.

Which Countries Are Seen as Most Corrupt?
There are many international organizations that deal with reporting corruption in different countries, so they are organizations with international influence, just as there are many local NGOs in most countries that monitor the work of state institutions and report on corruption committed by various politicians.state corruption and corruption that occurs in international financial organizations or agencies of numerous established organizations.
One of the most prestigious international organizations is transparency International which became famous with numerous reports and for measuring and publishing corruption in different countries from west to east and from east to west. The report of this organization for the corrupt states as follows:
Transparency International, the nongovernmental organization based in Germany, defines corruption as the misuse of public power for private benefit. The organization's most recent version of its Corruption Perceptions Index also states that the failure to significantly control corruption is fueling a global crisis in democracy.1 however, humanity is gradually and incessantly dealing with such a phenomenon, not infrequently NGOs of different states and political opposition agree that corruption is being fought. When it comes to the Middle East this organization gives some analytical views, for example:
Iraq is perceived to be the most corrupt country in the world, according to U.S. News' 2021 Best Countries rankings, a characterization of 78 countries based on a survey of more than 17,000 global citizens.2 In the survey, respondents answered how closely they related each of the countries to the term "not corrupt," the exact meaning of which was left to their own interpretation. The attribute is factored into the Best Countries rankings for transparency, as well as the best countries to invest in and headquarter a corporation. Iraq finished last among survey respondents.3
The Iraqi Commission of Integrity announced that it had charged 63 current and former government ministers with 92 counts of corruption in 2020.4 A 2018 estimate by the World Bank says that oil accounts for about 90% of central government revenue, while a younger generation of activists continues to criticize the nation’s reliance on oil, arguing that it fuels corruption.5 No country is immune to corruption, including the US and the EU The United States is ranked as No. 24 for being seen as not corrupt, a drop of two positions from 2020. Conversely, Denmark, Canada and Germany are seen as the most transparent countries in the 2021 Best Countries rankings.

Transparency International's 2016 Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI)
Transparency International e.V. (TI) is an international non-governmental organization based in Berlin, Germany, founded in 1993. Since 1996 TI has published the Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) annually. The CPI ranks countries "by their levels of corruption, as determined by expert assessments and opinion surveys.6 " This organization values corruption as a private benefit from public funds Decisively the organization generally defines corruption as "the misuse of public power for private benefit.”, The CPI 2016 ranks 176 countries/territories on a scale from 100 (very clean) to 0 (highly corrupt).7 Below you will find the list of countries, from the least corrupt states to the most corrupt nations. The Top 10 of the least corrupt countries in 2016 is dominated by European nations with three exceptions: New Zealand shares the first place with Denmark, both countries scored 90 out of hundred points, as the countries which are least affected by corruption.8 Singapore, scored 84, is Asia's least corrupt country, ranked at no. 7. Canada ranked at no. 9 is the least corrupt country in the Americas.9
TI states: "Higher-ranked countries tend to have higher degrees of press freedom, access to information about public expenditure, stronger standards of integrity for public officials, and independent judicial systems.10 "Whereas the most corrupt countries are dominated by 'the usual suspects': Somalia (last 176),South Sudan (175),NorthKorea (174), Syria (173), Yemen (170), Sudan (170), Libya (170), Afghanistan (169),preceded by Guinea-Bissau (168) and Venezuela (166), the most corrupt country in all of the Americas. All those countries are also in the Fragile States Index (formerly the Failed States Index), an annual report published by the United States think tank, the Fund for Peace Coincidentally five of these countries are affected by the latest US travel ban: Somalia, Sudan, Yemen, Syria and Libya.11 Iran, Kazakhstan, Nepal, Russia and Ukraine are ranked in the same spot (131) in the lower third of the list, making Russia and the Ukraine the most corrupt nations in Europe.
United States
Many corrupt assets are transferred to different states where there is not much law enforcement, or lack of numerous financial gaps in regulations. When we talk about the US and some other European countries and beyond we can give some interesting data related to corruption as follow: The United States are ranked 18 in 2016, between Austria (17) and Ireland (19). But, an investigation by Pro-Publica, in conjunction with the Stabile Center for Investigative Journalism at Columbia University, has found that officials fleeing prosecution in Colombia, China, South Korea, Bolivia, and Panama have found refuge for themselves and their wealth in this country [the U.S.], taking advantage of lax enforcement of U.S. laws and gaps in immigration and financial regulations.12 Many have concealed their assets and real-estate purchases by creating trusts and limited liability companies in the names of lawyers and relatives. Other Nations
That corruption has no religion or belief and does not attack only large states but also small states, this is nothing new, this can be reflected when talking about both Christian and Islamic countries, a kind of corruption is a special religion , religion of profit and unjust enrichment to the detriment of the majority of citizens who expect a better life. Such a phenomenon has flooded even peoples like Islam against a great conservative religion but that baseless wealth and profit wins the war against religion, everything for the first and foremost are some of the conclusions we can draw in this regard.
The countries with the largest Muslim population do mostly poorly like “Remarkable Indonesia”.13
Such advertising slogans hide the fact that corruption is on a high level. Indonesia scored 37 out of 100 (rank 90), Pakistan 32 (rank 116), Bangladesh 26 (145), Nigeria 28 (136), Iran 29 (131), Turkey, the country closest to Europe scored 41 (rank 75). Best ranked Muslim countries are the rich, oil-producing nations of the United Arab Emirates 66 (rank 24) and Qatar 61 (31), Jordan 48 (rank 57), oil-rich Saudi Arabia 46 (rank 62) and Oman 45 (rank 64).14
“Incredible India” which owes its stunted development largely to the rampant corruption 1 is ranked together with China and Brazil, which have similar problems, on place 79.15
