This paper provides a brief overview about the internationalization strategies of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy in Russia and Taiwan. Therefore, the paper starts with a introduction of Siemens Gamesa. In the main part the internationalization strategy is analyzed with the OLI paradigm. It analyses the strategy by economic, social and political factors. The last part gives a summary of the results.
