What makes me happy is when the testings are completed and we can go live and thereafter getting feedback from customers: "My project stay on schedule and on budget and all the deliverables are met and the objectives are satisfied" boosts my motivation for the next project.

I have 15+ years of IT consulting and software engineeering experience in service management, business process monitoring and ERP. I've specialized in service management targeting enterprise businesses.
Over the past 5 years, I've implemented many projects based on servicenow platform both as consultant and technical lead.
