Dr. Wayne Adrian Davis is a distinguished educator, scholar, and dedicated advocate for youth development, known for his extensive contributions to the field of education and his commitment to empowering young minds around the world.

With over 28 years of experience in education across Africa, the Middle East, and North America, Dr. Davis has held a variety of influential roles, from teacher to vice principal and principal, demonstrating his unwavering dedication to fostering transformative learning environments. Currently serving as the Franchisee and Executive Director of Sylvan Learning in New Jersey, Dr. Davis continues to shape the future of education.

Dr. Wayne Davis is not only an experienced educator but also a passionate scholar. He is currently pursuing his second Doctoral Degree, an Ed. D. in Educational Leadership at Liberty University, adding to his already impressive educational qualifications.

Beyond his work in traditional education, Dr. Davis is deeply committed to youth development through his involvement with the World Organization of the Scout Movement. He has held numerous leadership positions, including Chairman of the Africa Scout Committee and Chief Commissioner of the Ethiopia Scouts Association, where he has positively impacted countless young lives.

In addition to his educational and scholarly achievements, Dr. Davis is a proud recipient of prestigious awards, including the Africa Elephant Award, the highest Scouting honor in Africa.
